Week 4

Hye, in this week, Puan Foziah had taught us about some software that may useful related to technology. Overall, she had taught us on how to download a song, video and other resources which can be used as teaching materials in the classroom later.
In term of keyboard skills, Madam Foziah also has taught us about the “prt sc” button on the keyboard which is function as a copier of a webpage. Later, it can be pasted on the power point presentation or in the Microsoft word office to enable us to make as the modul for learning . Then, Madam gave us some trial to do what she had shown and it was a very enjoyful moment. Afterward, she asked us to complete a tutorial task given to streghten our skills. In this tutorial task, we are required to complete three power point presentations on how to search and download a song, lyric and also the video. The task must be done individually and she need us to handle it in cd by next week.
Before that, Puan foziah ahd taught us about some ways in how to download sources from internet using different medium such as 4shared, Hotfile, Youtube and so forth, every medium carried different function and some of them are easy to be used. So, Puan Foziah asked us to try all and make use the softwares to download whatever we want. Then, she did introduced new downloader called Moeya. The software is used to download video directly from YouTube in a fast and easy medium. We just need to open and drag the video into the Moeya symbol. Afterward, the video is automatically ready to be downloaded. However, dont forget to install it first. Before this, I had to try different kinds of software to download the videos from youtube, but now, I can easily use this kind of software. All of us should know that the youtube has a lot of video sources especially in education field which required a lot of informative and entertainment stuff.
Therefore, all the software really helped us in shaping us to become the future 21st century teacher. In conclusion, I enjoyed this week because I had the opportunity to try them and apply in real life. I can see some of us may did not see the advantage of doing this but i believe we will remember what Puan Foziah had taught us today. I said this because software is made to easy human not trouble them. People who keep complaining about software are the people who wish for trouble in their work. That’s all from me for this time.
